About Me
The Body Project was created for real women, those who are busy, overwhelmed, and tired of constantly putting themselves last.
I understand this personally.
For years, fitness was my way of managing anxiety and maintaining control. But over time, life became heavier, chronic stress, a toxic relationship, and the pressure of holding everything together began to take its toll. I lost confidence, gained weight, and felt completely disconnected from myself.
Eventually, I reached a point where something had to change, not temporarily, but permanently.
I decided to rebuild my life from the ground up. I committed to lasting change, focusing on both physical and behavioural habits, and gradually rebuilt my relationship with food, my body, and myself. In that process, I lost 17kg — but more importantly, I regained clarity, self-respect, and stability in my life.
That experience is what shaped The Body Project.
Today, I help women who are in a similar place, women who feel stuck in cycles with food, their body, and their self-image, and are ready for a more structured, supported, and sustainable approach.
With a background in psychology, I bring a deeper understanding of behaviour change, not just what to do, but why we struggle to do it. My work focuses on helping women break patterns of emotional eating, inconsistency, and self-sabotage at the root level.
This is not about restriction or quick fixes. It is about rebuilding trust with yourself, creating structure that actually lasts, and learning how to maintain results in real life.
Through The Body Project, I help women take back control not through extremes, but through education, awareness, and long-term behavioural change.
If you are ready for a different approach, you are in the right place.
